The upstairs bedrooms have access to a sun balcony with extensive views over the golf course, surrounding countryside and the villa's private gardens. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside consists of a private pool (10x5 metres), outdoor shower, large private garden, terrace, large patio area, table, chairs, and sun loungers. The villa has full air-conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter.
