The resort has a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course along with a 9 hole par 3 Challenge Course. The course has recently hosted the PGA European Pro Tour Championship Final. Full golf user rights come with the villa which provides for a 60% discount for golf users
At the heart of Mosa Trajectum is a 300 year old hacienda/ farmhouse, which has been converted into a hotel, a la carte restaurant and tapas bar. During 2008, a small commercial centre will be completed at the resort, providing shops and restaurants.

Within 20 minutes drive are the beaches of the Mar Menor, a partly land locked bay/lagoon which provides safe bathing as well as boasting numerous restaurants and bars, in traditional Spanish resorts.

There is a small shop situated on the resort as well as tennis courts, which can be hired and childrens' play area. All these facilities are a short walk from the Villa.
The historic city of Murcia is 15mins drive and has a good range of well known shops/restaurants/bars available as well as a, large shopping centre.
